Equal Immigration Rights Center is a nonprofit immigration organization recognized and accredited by the United States Department of Justice to provide legal representation and assistance to the individuals unable to afford the higher legal fees of immigration attorneys . We have a partial DOJ accredited Representative(USCIS) . In case we are unable to take your case , we may refer you to other attorneys who are accepting our clients . We may appear as a reputable person or with another full accredited representative or attorney before EOIR and BIA. Mr. Rockman Bentumo is the Executive Director and the Partial Accredited Representative

All US citizens,refugees,asylee,TPS,investors,green card holder,ect…. should have an equal immigration opportunity and rights when its about the immigration benefits no matter the county where they are originally from neither their poverty or indulgence .We are ready and prepared to assist and represent our clients in immigration courts, before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) . Our organization is vested to handle a variety of cases including such as :asylum, adjustment of status,family-based petitions, deportation defense, crime victim visas (“U visas”), family-based petitions, adjustment of status (green card applications),citizenship, non-immigrant visas(B1,B@,ect….), cancellation of deportation, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (also known as “DACA”) cases.
